Online Shop Terms and conditions 

Before placing your order, please read through these Terms of Use for the TLC Online Shop. By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the terms of use ("Terms of Use") of TLC Private School and Institute Online Shop as set out below. The Terms of Use include the terms and conditions set out below and TLC School Privacy Policy.

You are bound by these Terms of Use and should review them whenever you are using this website and making a purchase.
From time to time we may need to amend these terms and reserve the right to do so as required.

1. Stock
We endeavour to ensure that only accurate and up to date information is placed online. There may be times when stock is changed by or unavailable from our suppliers. Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of all items on our online shop are accurate.

2. Stock availability
We will endeavour to supply all items shown in the TLC School Shop. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when part of your order cannot be fulfilled on time or at all. In this event you will be advised as soon as possible by your preferred contact method.

3. Collection
TLC Private School will endeavour to have your items available for collection at TLC Reception within 5 working days of receiving the order.

4. Incorrect details supplied
In the event that incorrect payment details have been supplied, TLC Private School will take all reasonable steps to contact you. TLC Private School will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order if we have been unable to contact you.

5. Incomplete or Wrong item supplied
In the case of the wrong item supplied to you, upon return of undamaged and unopened product, TLC will supply you with the correct item you have ordered.

6. Refund policy
You can return an item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is faulty, incorrectly described or it's not of an acceptable quality.
Please return your item to us with your name, order confirmation number and the reason for your return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
